Randall S. Davidson is the founding member of Davidson Summers, APLC. His areas of practice include oil and gas transactions, commercial litigation and bankruptcy reorganization. Bar Admissions include all Louisiana courts, U.S. Eastern District of Texas, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Firth Circuit. Mr. Davidson is a member of the Louisiana Mineral Law Institute Advisory Board and lectures frequently on mineral rights at continuing legal education seminars.

Mr. Davidson holds an AV (preeminent) rating from Martindale-Hubble National Lawyer Referral Publication and is a member of the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.  Mr. Davidson is a Member of the Louisiana Super Lawyers in the area of Energy & Natural Resources Law.
